Paul is nice guy offering a decent product at a decent price! He has installed both a wireless alarm for me and a fully wired CCTV system. Always willing to offer advice, but also happy to do what you want if you have specific ideas. We had one small issue which he was happy to come back and rectify.

My alarm was fitted by Paul just before Christmas, he fitted me in even though it was a busy time as he knew I had just moved into a property and was concerned about security.
My alarm is all singing and dancing! Its brilliant, I feel safe when I’m in my property and I feel confident that its secured when I’m out of the property. I can even set it with my large dog having full reign within the property-something that other alarm companies struggled to accommodate or tried to charge the earth to work around.
The installation was quick with minimal mess, any bits were cleaned up straight away, I was given a full demonstration on how my alarm worked and what it was capable of and the price was great too.
I can highly recommend this company on price, customer service, efficiency and technical ability.

IVE HAD THIS CCTV AND ALARM FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS NOW, AND WEDNESDAY 3RD JANUARY, IT CAUGHT 2 HOODLUMS ON A MOTORBIKE, PEERING THROUGH MY LIVING ROOM WINDOW (CAR WAS NOT ON DRIVE, SO THEY MUST HAVE THOUGHT I WAS OUT). THE POLICE ARE NOW LOOKING INTO IT, AND THE POLICE OFFICER SAID “I WISH ALL CCTV VIDEO WAS THIS GOOD QUALITY”. WE WERE ABLE TO SEE THE NUMBER PLATE ON THEIR BIKE AS THEY DROVE AWAY – IT WAS STOLEN IN WALSALL, 2 DAYS PREVIOUS. NOW MY NEIGHBORS AND I KNOW WE ARE BEING TARGETING BY A LOCAL GANG OF BURGLARS, THINGS WILL BE MUCH EASIER TO DEAL WITH. I AM NOW LOOKING THROUGH HISTORICAL VIDEO, TO SEE IF THEY WERE CASING THE PLACE FIRST (cus they wouldnt have had their masks on, then). Soi’d say £1000 for the CCTV and alarm (which calls me, if it goes off – ive done it loads of times, it works very well), was a great deal.

Put an alarm and CCTV in, for £1000. Very happy, nice chap, everything works fine. Been in about 2 or 3 weeks, now. I often forget to turn the alarm off when i get in from Tesco, and it always goes off, so that’s good. And the cctv is pretty brilliant, too. When its dark, i can see who is ringing the bell. Also, i had some problem with 2 of the cameras, cus i did something wrong – but he just came and messed about with it and it was back up, straight away – perfect after service. I’m really pleased (its been about 2 months now, ive just updated this)

The quotation process was an open and honest discussion about what I did or did not need. I had security cameras, an alarm system and security lights fitted to my factory building.

At first I wanted a system that was over kill for my needs, Tpps explained why it wasn’t necessary and reassured me what would be fitted would cover all areas. Tpps didn’t need to do this they could of fitted what I originally asked for and made more money but instead they gave good recommendation saving me money. Final quotation was very competitive.

The work was done in a day with little to no disruption and the areas in which they worked were left clean and tidy.

I now have piece of mind knowing the building is secure. I would highly recommend Tpps to any one. I’m now using Tpps to install a system at home.

Can’t give this company any more stars (unfortunately) we are a local Sea Cadet charity and needed a new security alarm.

Paul came along and sorted us right out! Fitted a new top spec alarm, with a heart of gold done us a real BIG favour.

We had only had to call him out once! And within short notice he was on site, within 5minutes he sorted the problem and spiders have gone! (Slapping own face).

All the gear, all the tools, this man knows his alarms. Very experienced and knowledgable, and all advice has been taken onboard and rectified.

Just keep the tea flowing and bacon sarnies, this man will move hell and high water!!!!

Can’t recommend him enough, we run a large real estate area, which looks after 70+ young adults aged 10-18yrs. I have had a burglar alarm and a cctv system fitted and am over the moon with not only the quality of the equipment but also the quality of the fitting so neat and tidy.
I had made a specific request not to see any cables on the outside of the house and although it took extra time and effort from the chaps at TPPS my wish was granted, What an excellent local business nothing was too much trouble .
I have since had TPPS fit an alarm and cctv on my elderly mothers house once again excellent in all respects I was especially grateful for the time they took after fitting the systems to explain in simple terms to my mother how to use them .
I can’t tell you how much peace of mind it gives me that she can see who is calling before she opens the front door by simply changing the channel on the TV.

Before TPPS: My Alarm system was fitted in 2007 and maintained by the same company (large national provider), until the yearly service and maintenance costs increased to an extortionate level, so I changed to another provider. The second company started well but ended up going along the same increased billing route, so a third independent engineer was selected this time, a very friendly helpful person, low prices, good standard of service but no longer answering any calls.

Enter TPPS. After some searching on the Internet I found TPPS, although it struck me at first glance as another large National company on reading further I discovered it is a small family run business, just what I was looking for. TPPS have now taken over the maintenance responsibilities for my alarm system offering an incredible value for money service, advice, technical back up, reliability and incredibly friendly customer service. TPPS’s professional approach, advice and ability to listen whilst offering constructive guidance led me to go ahead with a project I’d been thinking about for the last few years, Internet accessible CCTV. An eight Channel, six Camera (two Channels spare for enhancements) HD system has now been installed which gives my family and I access to incredibly clear live video while in or away from home, the added security with peace of mind go without saying, but now I can confirm or discount any Alarm activation before calling the Police. TPPS throughout have been extremely professional, friendly, courteous and willing to help, I have called them two or three times asking for information or help with my systems and each time they have given the impression that nothing is too much trouble. My CCTV system is fantastic, the wiring is very neat, plus any mess was cleaned up both during and after the installation process, it was installed quickly and without any fuss, Thank you. Many other companies, what ever service they supply, could take a leaf out of the TPPS’s book of work ethics and customer service.
